What the written scope should answer
A total price without a clear scope is hard to compare. Before you decide, the proposal should show the material, routing plan, access openings, permits, wall patching, cleanup, schedule, and warranty coverage that applies to the selected system.
- Which supply lines and fixtures are included
- Whether PEX or copper is recommended, and why
- Who handles permits, access openings, and patching
- How long water service is expected to be interrupted
- Which written warranty terms apply
One crew is responsible for the work
G & W does not sell the project and hand the installation to a subcontracted repipe crew. Our direct W-2 team protects the work areas, completes the installation, coordinates the included patching, and cleans up before the final walkthrough.
That single line of responsibility matters when work is happening throughout the home. You know who is on site, who to ask, and who owns the finished result.
